From Pilot to Production: A Norway–El Salvador Tech Dialogue

How can smaller countries turn technological ambition into measurable business value and strategic partnerships?
This question was at the centre of yesterday’s Norway–El Salvador Tech Dialogue, co-hosted by Oslo Chamber of Commerce / ICC Norway, the Embassy of El Salvador to Norway and Antire.
The seminar brought together representatives from business, technology and government to explore how Norway’s technological capabilities and El Salvador’s rapid deployment strategy can create new opportunities for collaboration.

Our Head of Commercial, Christopher Vonheim, provided his welcoming remarks to the guests.
H.E. Claudia Beltrán, Ambassador of El Salvador to Norway, introduced El Salvador’s development and ambitions, while Lidice Gonzáles, Deputy Executive Director of the National Artificial Intelligence Agency (ANIA), presented the country’s national AI vision and opportunities for technology companies.
Kåre Søyland, CEO of Antire, shared insights on one of the evening’s key themes: moving AI from pilot to production and building agentic-driven organisations that can translate new technology into measurable business value.

Lidice Gonzáles, Deputy Executive Director of the National Artificial Intelligence Agency (ANIA), presented the AI deployment strategy of El Salvador and the business opportunities this can create for Norwegian companies.

CEO of Antire, Kåre Søyland, shared his perspectives on the AI evolution and how Antire supports Norwegian businesses in implementing new solutions.
The evening concluded with an open discussion and networking, providing an opportunity to explore how Norwegian and Salvadorian businesses can turn technological ambition into concrete partnerships.
