Summer Meeting & Leadership Change – ICC Norway Banking

The ICC Norway Banking commission is committed to advancing and modernizing the banking sector, with a strong focus on trade, supply chain, and export finance.

The commission holds several meetings throughout the year, and the summer session was no exception. One of the key agenda items was to thank the outgoing chair, Øyvind Gåseide of DNB, for his valuable contributions and leadership. The commission also elected a new chair—Camilla Stave Svendsen, also from DNB.

In addition, the meeting served as a moment to acknowledge and extend our gratitude to two departing members: Pascale Heffermehl from Danske Bank and Aina Barhaughøgda from Handelsbanken. Both have played an important role in the commission’s work, and ICC Norway wishes them continued success in their future endeavors.

A clear and structured plan was also set for the commission’s work in autumn 2025 and the period ahead.
