The Norwegian Culinary Team is a loyal customer who uses ATA-Carnet every time they compete abroad against other chefs. We hope to see them continue competing at the highest level and take home many new medals!
Cooking competitions have always been an important part of creating awareness of the culinary profession, and to inspire young and upcoming chefs. Recently, NKL Junior took silver, and NKL Community Catering took a historic bronze in the Chef’s Olympics in Stuttgart.
Since 1968, the NKL – Norske Kokkers Landsforening has developed talents to become winners in the most important and prestigious competitions the world knows; Bocuse D’or, IKA Culinary Olympics, Culinary World Cup, Global Chef Challenge and Global Young Chef Challenge.
