The Norwegian Nominating Committee is dedicated to identifying the most suitable arbitrator candidates for each dispute, while also ensuring a broad and diverse pool of individuals is considered.

If you would like to share your details with the Committee, we invite you provide us with the following:

Name

Phone

Academic degrees and qualifications

Relevant experience with arbitration and the ICC Rules

Experience as an arbitrator, including applicable rules, roles held, and types of arbitration

Experience with other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Language skills

Languages in which you can conduct arbitration without assistance Other languages in which you have good working knowledge

Fields of legal expertise (e.g., legal system and jurisdiction)

Industry specialisations

Providing this information is entirely voluntary. In nominating a potential arbitrator, no weight will be given to whether or not an individual has contacted the Norwegian Nominating Committee. Sharing your background simply helps ensure we have a complete understanding of your experience and expertise.
