Pre-visit
A pre-visit may be one of your most important investments. Visiting Norway gives your employee the chance to imagine for themselves what life in Norway will be like and helps them understand what to expect if/when they accept a position in Norway. A pre-visit can also be an opportunity for employees to organize housing, visit schools and complete other practical preparations before their final move.

Immigration
To simplify a complex and time-consuming immigration process, we work directly with employees to ensure they obtain the correct permit and visa (when required) for their assignment in Norway. We will assist employees and family members through the entire process, starting pre-move and concluding post-arrival.

- Obtaining work/residence permit (Non-EU)
- Mandatory registration (EU)
- Application for Tax Card
- Application for ID number

Homefinding
Finding the right home is one key factor for a successful relocation. Our team will help navigate the housing market and based on individual needs/wants help to find the right home for the employee and accompanying family. We understand there are several factors to consider in the search for a new home and do our best to find the right balance and a happy home!
Our services include:
- Needs assessment
- Information on the rental market
- Search for suitable properties according to requirements
- Arrange and assist with up to 4-6 viewings
- Assist with lease contract
- Move-in assistance (electricity- and internet subscriptions, TV, other practical information)

Settling in Services
The journey is not over once you (employee/family member) arrive in Norway, in fact there are several steps that need to be completed before life can resume ‘as usual’. To help employees be as productive as possible as soon as possible, we will assist with mandatory registration, securing a national ID card, opening a bank account and arranging health care services.

Departure Assistance
